Ottawa Valley Yamaha Motorsports and Marine in Pembroke is the latest recipient of the Elite Award for outstanding sales and service.
District Sales Manager Andrew Nelson was on hand Wednesday to present General Manager Amber McConnell with this prestigious award. The Pembroke location was one of 43 across the country to receive the award this year which is granted to Yamaha dealers who exhibit exceptional sales and service.
Consistency is the key to success says Nelson and he points out that the onsite Financing and top level accessories available are also critical to achieving the award.
It’s hard to find a Canadian company these days who aren’t affected by the recent so called trade war with the US and according to Nelson, Yamaha is no exception. He says its too early to determine just how the tariffs are going to affect the industry but says that the company is keeping a very close eye on developments and says they are taking what he calls a fluid approach for now.
