Today: Low Impact Fitness Class – Honouring Her Service Week starts at 6:00 p.m. It will be held in person at Evernew Wellness Studio, 1043 Pembroke St W in Pembroke. Come join the ATHENA Program for a special FREE Low Impact Fitness Class during Honouring Her Service Week (VAC initiative)! This event is designed for women veterans. This class is perfect for all fitness levels, focusing on gentle movements to improve strength and flexibility. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to show appreciation for the amazing women in our lives!
Tonight: Non-Competitive Basketball starts at 6:00 p.m. at Pineview School. A recreational and inclusive environment where players of all skill levels can enjoy the sport without the pressure of intense competition. Participants join to have fun, stay active, and improve their basketball skills in a supportive setting.
Tomorrow: Splash of Colour for toddlers start at 10:00 a.m. Kids will do crafts, paintings and activities focusing on each colour. Have fun experimenting with colours to see what new colour they can create.
Following Days: World Day of Prayer starts at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. The theme is “I made you wonderful”, Psalm 139 adapted by the women of Cook Islands.
