Is it too late to write your letter to Santa?
Not according to the Canadian Press and Canada Post.
Because of the postal strike, Canada Post has suspended the December 6th deadline for letters to the North Pole. Once the labour dispute is resolved, the corporation says it will deliver them- but they can’t guarantee Santa will get them on time.
The program to get letters to the Santa-only postal code, “H0H 0H0” began more than 40 years ago, and in that time Santa’s North Pole post office has acknowledged replies to more than 45 million letters.
