It’s looking like this year’s Taste of the Valley events will be bigger and better than ever.
The county is reporting that vendor applications for the 2024 Taste of the Valley event series opened on May 17 and so far, more than 160 applications have been received compared to 66 submitted during the same application period in 2023.
Dates and locations for the 2024 event series include: Aug. 10 – Railway Station Park, Barry’s Bay; Sept. 7 – Township of Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards Municipal Office, Killaloe; Sept. 28 – Civic Centre, Petawawa; Oct. 19 – Cobden Fairgrounds; and Dec. 14 – Renfrew Armouries.
Taste of the Valley is an indoor/outdoor market event series that celebrates all things grown, made and created within Renfrew County. The events showcase a variety of vendors representing farmers, food and beverage producers, artists and artisans from across Renfrew County and the City of Pembroke.
