Upper Ottawa Valley OPP have charged two area residents with drunk driving and one with an additional drug charge. Back on may 19th, OPP pulled over a side-by-side ATV in Pembroke. Following a short investigation, 37-year-old Brad Stewart was arrested and charged with drunk driving, possession of cocaine, unlawfully driving an off-road vehicle on a highway, not wearing a seatbelt and careless driving. The next day, police made another traffic stop in Pembroke. 46-year-old Brad Doell of Pembroke was arrested and charged with drunk driving and two counts of driving while under suspension.
