Construction is set to get underway on Highway 17 this week. Starting Wednesday, shave and pave work will begin near Yates Road in Stonecliffe to just east of Harvey Creek Road. The stretch of road is almost 13 kms. Temporary closures and typical single lane closures are generally expected to occur throughout the project during weekdays. Traffic delays can be expected.
