The Pembroke Lumber Kings officially said goodbye to fans, billet families, and players for another season on Tuesday night. The annual year-end banquet is a chance for the organization to say thank you and recognize their graduating players. Owner and Head Coach of the Lumber Kings Alex Armstrong tells myFM that while the group didn’t bring home a championship, he’s happy with the way his team matured.
Armstrong tells myFM that while it’s disappointing to be knocked out in the first round, he’s still proud of how far his team and the community came together.
The Kings are set to host their spring development camp at the PMC this month before the team comes back for training camp in August.
