The Killaloe Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) sprang into action on March 24, 2024, shortly after 2:00 a.m., following reports of a trespass incident at a storage facility on Radar Court in the Township of Bonnechere Valley.
Upon arrival, law enforcement officers found two individuals at the scene and proceeded to make arrests. Following a thorough investigation, 29-year-old Devon Kingsbury from Pikwakanagan Ontario First Nation faces charges under the Criminal Code including trespass at night, mischief interfering with the lawful enjoyment of property, and breach of probation order conditions.
Additionally, 35-year-old Caylah Luloff, also from Pikwakanagan Ontario First Nation, has been charged with trespass at night and mischief interfering with the lawful enjoyment of property.
Both individuals have been released under certain conditions and are scheduled to appear in court on May 1, 2024, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke.
