The City of Pembroke has issued a notice regarding a temporary traffic disruption on Boundary Road, scheduled to take effect from Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 7:30am until Friday, March 29, 2024, at 5:00pm. During this period, Boundary Road will be closed to through traffic across the bridge between Paul Martin Drive and Bennett Street to facilitate watermain installation works.
Detours will be implemented to redirect traffic, although some delays are anticipated. Motorists are advised to utilize alternative routes to minimize inconvenience. In light of the construction, the City of Pembroke emphasizes the importance of adhering to all posted construction signage to ensure the safety of both drivers and workers. It’s essential to note that businesses within the construction zone will remain operational throughout the duration of the project.
