It’s no secret that drugs, crime and loitering have become a major problem in the City of Pembroke. Now, some area residents are voicing their frustration. One resident, a married, father of two young children who lives in the area of Church and Isabella Streets says he reached his tipping point not that long ago.
He goes on to say that it’s going to take a total team effort to fix the problem and clean up the city. But it’s getting the point where some residents are afraid to leave their homes.
He mentions that the business community is also suffering. He’s heard of local banks having to hire extra security.
The homeowner says it’s going to take everyone to get involved to help find a solution before it gets worse. Finally, he mentions what it was like moving back to the city a few years back.
Below are more pictures of what has been found in his yard and video footage from his home.
