The recent cold snap in the Ottawa Valley has given us what we needed to open the outdoor skating rinks. As of yesterday, all the outdoor rinks in Pembroke were open. These include the two rinks at Kinsmen Park and the surface at Rotary Park. You are being reminded to respect closed signs when posted.
