News links from Canadian content producers, like 104.9 myFM on PembrokeToday.ca are now being blocked on Facebook and Instagram.
My Broadcasting Corporation, 104.9 myFM’s parent company, President Jon Pole was blunt in his assessment of the move.

The ban from Meta is in response to Bill C-18, which says in part that services like Facebook and Google should be sharing ad revenue with Canadian news media.
