Police services across Quebec will be taking part in a weekend snowmobile blitz targeting the bad behaviour of operators.
On January 28th and 29th (Saturday and Sunday), Police officers, FCMQ trail surveillance officers and highway controllers will carry out various interventions, whether on trails or at their intersection with a public road, as well as check compliance with the securing of equipment while travelling.
All applicable laws and regulations governing off-highway vehicles, under Quebec’s applicable off-road legislation, the Highway Safety Code or the Criminal Code will be strictly enforced.
A companion awareness blitz will be held on social media.
