Renfrew County is ready to hand out some hardware to deserving members of our community.
Speaking at Renfrew’s Town Council on Tuesday, November 29th, County Warden Peter Emon revealed that the Warden’s Community Service Awards are now taking nominations until Friday, December 30th.
Emon says the awards are a way to celebrate individuals and both for-profit and not-for profit businesses who go above and beyond in our community.
He also added that submitting nominations is an easy process, thanks to the fillable form up now on the County of Renfrew’s website.
Warden Emon went on the explain how important it is for both the County and its many communities to hand our this honour each year.
You can find the full criteria to nominate an individual, for-profit, or not-for-profit who makes a positive impact on our community along with the online form. You can also have a copy mailed or faxed to you by calling the County of Renfrew’s office at 613-735-7288.
