Cast and Crew of "Tom Thomson and The Colours of Canada"
A new play from the Stone Fence Theatre in Rankin could be the perfect fit for a young drama buff, according to its producer.
Ish Theilheimer says they’re holding a casting call for “Conspiracy Conniptions,” a musical comedy that starts off at a doughnut shop in the small community of “Cobtown,” Ontario.
Theilheimer says working for the theatre group is a serious commitment, and they’re looking for strong singers who can commit to at least 30 rehearsals and 15 shows. However, working with Stone Fence Theatre can be the first step towards bigger things for an aspiring performer.
“Conspiracy Conniptions” will open in July, so auditions will be getting underway soon. Get an audition package with the following ready and send it to Ish Theilheimer at info@stonefence.ca:
- a photo of yourself,
- personal information including age, address, phone number, email, and, in the case of youth, contact information
- any acting and musical experience you might have
About a dozen roles will need to be filled, and an honorarium will be paid out to cast members for their time.
