Students in Renfrew County can now get some extra help with their math studies.
The Renfrew County District School Board recently sent out an email to parents to show off TVO’s Mathify program, which they say offers “seamless school-to-home math learning with an interactive classroom tool” for grades four to twelve.
The free online program has a question bank with over 600 interactive whiteboards for students to work through, as well as the chance to upload their own problems from class.
Teachers can also use the program to create lesson plans for small groups or the whole class, and one on one tutoring with Ontario certified teachers is available each day.
Students will need an Ontario Education Number to sign up, while teachers require a valid school district email address.
You can find out more on Mathify’s website.
