A slight change to the water feature design at the Pembroke Arboretum. Fred Blackstein who is on the committee for the project provided council with a new design.
He tells myFM that the bulk of the work will be donated.
Blackstein also mentions that they’ve changed the plans from having a water fountain to a waterfall.
