The Pembroke Public Public has launched the 2022 edition of the TD StoryWalk. Anusha Arul, who’s in charge of programming and outreach at the library, says this year the book is “I Am Scary”.
She says they will have large printed out pages of the book displayed at the waterfront boardwalk all summer long.
Volunteer Fred Blackstein says last year there was crowds of people out to enjoy the StoryWalk in Pembroke and he expects this year will be no different.
In 2021, the Pembroke Public Library won third place out of all libraries across Canada for their participation in the TD Summer Reading Program. To learn more or sign up for the TD Summer Reading Program you can attend the Pembroke Public Library.
