Killaloe OPP are reporting that a 21 year-old Bancroft driver has been charged with Dangerous Driving under the Criminal Code, and Stunt Racing under the Highway Traffic Act following an incident last Saturday (February 19th) on Combermere Road in Madawaska Valley Township.
Police say that just after 11PM that evening officers were called to a two vehicle collision at the location.
As a result of the police investigation, Cody KELLER from Bancroft was tabbed with the offences, released on recognizance and slated to appear in Killaloe Court April 23rd.
