The Upper Ottawa Valley OPP is currently investigating after a 2012 Polaris XP Ranger 800cc side-by-side Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) was stolen from a property outside of Cobden.
The UTV was stolen sometime between October 2nd and October 4th, 2021 from a driveway on Highcrest Trail in Whitewater Region.
Police say the key had been left in the vehicle which had Ontario plates 0BA28 attached

The OPP is reminding all vehicle owners to take the following steps to reduce their chances of victimization:
- Roll up your vehicle windows
- Lock the vehicle and pocket the keys
- Park in well-lit area if possible
- Never leave valuables in plain view
Locking up should also be applied to your home, garage, sheds and out-buildings.
