The OPP has charged one individual following a serious assault.
Police say on October 27th around 4:20 pm officers with the Renfrew Detachment responded to an ambulance call on Raglan Street South in the Town of Renfrew.
It was reported that a person had fallen down the stairs at the location and an 18-year-old male was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
On Tuesday (November 3rd), the OPP arrested and charged 21-year-old Logan O’Brien, with aggravated assault, obstruct a peace officer and two counts of failure to comply with release order.
The investigation into this matter is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
Police would particularly like to hear from anyone in the area of 196 Raglan Street Renfrew who may have surveillance or other video from 6:00 p.m. on October 26th to 5:00 p.m. on October 27th.
