A 215 kilometer bike ride from Brockville to Pembroke is raising money for vulnerable animals.
The manager of the Ontario SPCA Leeds & Grenville, Marianne Carlyle, says she will leave around 5:30 am on Tuesday (August 25th) and spend about 11-hours cycling.
She expects to make the trip from Brockville to Pembroke in one day.
Carlyle wants to inspire others to get involved with Sweat for Pets, a new summer-long virtual fundraiser to help animals in need.
Last month she cycled over 230-kilometers riding from Brockville to the OSPCA centres in Cornwall and the animal centre in Napanee.
You can get involved with Sweat for Pets on the OSPCA website or make a donation to support Carlyle in her journey.
