Lumber Kings take down defending champs

The Pembroke Lumber Kings improved to 4-1 on the season after knocking off the defending champs in Ottawa last night. Malcolm Arseneau lead the way with the offence, scoring two goals, while other goals came from Michael Douglas, Connor Warnholtz and Jacob Collins as the Kings downed the Jr. Sens 5-3. Goalie Jake Smith turned aside 18 shots in the win. Pembroke is back in action tomorrow when they visit Navan before hosting their home opener on Sunday night at the PMC.
