Martial Joseph Laverdure
Peacefully at Pembroke Regional Hospital on July 1st at the age of 72. Beloved husband of 53 years to Janice Laverdure (nee Kilby). Devoted and loving father to Monique Plummer (David) and Martial Laverdure. Proud grandfather to Zachary, Ethan, Owen, Kaia, Zoe and Sabastan, and a cherished great grandfather to four great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents Wilfrid Joseph and Donalda Laverdure (nee Lévesque), and by his sister Gabrielle (Pat). Lovingly remembered by his siblings Suzanne (Andy), Gerald (Bernice),Christiane (Micheal) and Andrese (Kevin), as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Neville Funeral Home, Pembroke, on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Pembroke, on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Interment at St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke.
