Joseph Barone
Peacefully at Marianhill Residence on Thursday February 26, 2026 at the age of 98 years. Joe Barone of Pembroke is predeceased by his wife Lillian Barone ( nee Spadafore) is survived by his partner of 23 years Mary Gilbert . Dearly loved father of Tony Barone (Suzanne) and Joey Barone (Jennifer) both of Pembroke. Loving Tato to Vince, Michelle, Christina and Nicholas Barone and great grandchildren Lina, Scarlett, Eva and Gianna. Predeceased by his brother Mario Barone, sister Menina and his parents Antonio and Remegia (nee Melchiore) Barone. Brother-in-law of Adua Barone.
Joe will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and by all his extended family and friends in Italy and Canada.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Joe with his family during visitation at the Murphy Funeral Home, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Thursday March 5 from 10:00 a.m. to time of Funeral Prayers in the chapel at 11:30 a.m. Interment St. Columba’s Cemetery.
