Grace Tabbert (nee Hammel) of Pembroke, wife of the late Bill Tabbert in her 93rd year. Mother of Harold Tabbert (Sheila), Mark Tabbert, Ruth Lehman (Paul), Joan Lehman (David) & Douglas Tabbert. Grandmother of Justin & Alyson; Heidi (Jason), Jamie & Kelsey; Ellen & Daniel; Lauren (Peter); and Logan & Madison; as well as to her great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late Ferdinand and Alvina Hammel (nee Brasch); and dear sister of Erma O’Connor (late John). Predeceased by sisters Marion Ashick (late Garnet) & Audrey Hamilton (late Reg); and brothers Verner (late Idella), Ellard & Harvey (Irene) Hammel.
Visitation at the Neville Funeral Home, Pembroke on Thursday, September 25 from 2 to 4:00 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Alice on Friday at 11:00 a.m., with interment in St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery.
