Laura Demont has been an active volunteer in the Pembroke area for about twenty years, getting involved in various different areas across the community as her kids grew up here.
Today, she’s the main coordinator of the soccer and hockey programs at Shady Nook Recreation Centre, where she’s helped multiple generations of families foster a love for sports in their kids.
