The 20-year-old from Deep River just finished first year in the Bachelor of Arts + Master of Management (B+MM) dual degree program at UBC. She is on the Dean’s Honour List as well. Emma’s main involvement there is in UBC’s Arts Undergraduate Society, she worked with them throughout the year, but was just elected by the student body as an executive member, in the role Vice President Engagement. Overseeing marketing, branding and communications. Emma also went on a year-long exchange to France in grade 11, sponsored by the Rotary Club of North Renfrew and was student council co-president at Mackenzie in her ‘fifth year’. Moving forward, she’ll always consider the Ottawa Valley home but is excited to see where her education takes her.
