With area children heading back to the classroom virtually once again, mental health experts say while it’s important to focus on their Child’s academics, we also have to pay attention to their mental well-being. Executive Director, Greg Lubimiv of the Phoenix Centre says sticking to a routine is key.
He also says they’ve seen a lot more cases illness, aside from anxiety.
