The annual Jason Blaine Celebrity Charity Golf Classic is set to tee off today, hoping to raise money for local organizations and clubs. Pembroke’s own country music star hosts the golf tournament at the Pembroke Golf Club, followed by a concert. The Pembroke Petawawa Community Foundation, Algonquin College – Endowment Fund and the Boys & Girls Club of Pembroke will benefit from the fundraiser this year. Alongside Jason, Aaron Pritchett, the River Town Saints, Elyse Saunders, Kelly Prescott and Brian Harwood will be taking the stage.
