Canadian Nuclear Laboratories says there was no security or safety concerns after a suspicious package was found at the Chalk River Logistics Facility this week.
CNL says on Tuesday (November 17th), security responded by limiting access to the site and removing all staff from the building.
In a community bulletin, CNL says police were called in and able to trace the package.
CNL says there was no threat to workers, the public, the environment or nuclear safety related to the event and operations resumed by noon.
